Chapter 1255

Inside the wine, there was a blood-red jue. It fell into the pot, along with the broken eggshell.

The jue was engraved with mysterious patterns, and when the wine poured into it, it turned red. It was like pure red wine.

The water in the pot had already gone past the jue, but it did not mix with the red. The water and the red liquid were like two different worlds.

Han Sen wanted to kill the chicken and eat it, but now, he was dumbfounded. He did not expect the egg to give birth to something like this.

The jue did not seem to have a lifeforce, either. It was like an item, not something that had been born from the egg.

Han Sen looked at the jue in a daze. He did not know much about it, and all he knew was that it was an ancient wine vessel. Some people said it was a sacrificial vessel.

Aside from that, Han Sen did not know much about it. The jue was very similar to the ancient Jue of the Alliance. It was tall and beautiful.

But Han Sen could not believe that a creature's egg could give birth to something so lifeless. It was too strange.

But the jue was right in front of him, alive. Han Sen had no choice but to believe it. He stared at the jue, hoping to see some sort of reaction.

The Copper Jue did not react, though. It just sat in the pot, and the wine was evaporating.

Gradually, the water in the pot dried up, but the jue remained the same. The red liquid inside the jue did not decrease, either. It was still full, and it was almost overflowing.

No matter how hot the pot was, it did not seem to affect the liquid inside the jue.

The fire under the pot was still crackling, and the bottom of the pot was burning red. But the jue was still the same, and there was no change at all.

The smell of alcohol wafted out from the jue, and even Han Sen, who was not addicted to alcohol, couldn't help but gulp.

But the jue's appearance was too strange, and Han Sen did not dare drink it.

The Bao 'er did not care, though. She climbed over and grabbed the jue.

"Be careful!"

Han Sen was shocked. He didn't know what the jue was, and if it hurt Bao 'er, he'd be in trouble. Or if the jue contained something like poison, that would be even scarier.

Han Sen wanted to snatch the jue from Bao'er, but she was too fast. By the time Han Sen reached for it, Bao'er had already put the jue to her mouth. She raised her head and drank the red liquid.

"Bao'er, are you okay?" Han Sen grabbed the jue and looked at Bao'er nervously.

Bao'er's cheeks were red as if she was drunk. Her little body was swaying as she sat there.

Han Sen was shocked. But after a closer inspection, he realized that Bao'er really was just drunk. Her body was unharmed, and her breathing was still stable.

Han Sen felt relieved, and he looked at the jue in his hand. He had been keeping an eye out for the jue, but it was like a dead object in his hands. It didn't move at all.

The jue had been in the pot for so long that the alloy pot had turned red from the heat, but the jue did not feel any heat. It was still cold, and it felt comfortable to hold in his hand.

"This is weird. It doesn't have a lifeforce, and it doesn't seem to be aggressive. Did it really come from the egg?"

Han Sen looked at the jue strangely. He could not imagine a big jue giving birth to a small one.

Han Sen examined the jue for a long time, but he couldn't find anything dangerous about it. Bao 'er, on the other hand, seemed to be drunk, and she was fast asleep on the bed.

Han Sen didn't dare be careless, so he kept the jue under control. He waited until Bao 'er had fallen asleep for a while before waking up.

"Bao'er, are you okay?" Han Sen looked at Bao'er.

"Bao'er is fine."

Bao'er looked at the jue in Han Sen's hand, and she said, "Dad, that drink is good. Bao'er wants more."

"That's not a drink. It's wine. Children shouldn't drink," Han Sen said, but he was curious.

The copper jue was born from an egg, which was a very strange thing. It seemed to have a special effect on wine, too, which intrigued Han Sen.

Han Sen had been watching Blood River Shelter for a few days now, but he hadn't seen Yaksha or Blood River King leave.

After three days, Han Sen couldn't hold back his curiosity any longer. He took out the jue and poured a bottle of wine into it.

The clear wine turned red in the jue. It was light at first, but soon, it became as red as blood.

The wine aroma of the jue was getting stronger and stronger. Although it was still the same wine aroma, it was purer and stronger than the white wine aroma. Smelling the wine aroma coming from the jue made Han Sen gulp, even though he was not a big fan of wine.

Bao'er wanted to grab the jue, too.

Han Sen grabbed Bao'er by the collar and lifted her up. Her chubby hands brushed past the jue.

Bao'er was lifted by Han Sen in the air, and she was still trying to grab the jue.

"Children shouldn't drink wine. Let me try it first." Han Sen lifted Bao'er with one hand and picked up the jue with the other.

He placed it at the tip of his nose and sniffed it. A pure fragrance entered his nose, and his entire body trembled in comfort.

Han Sen knew the wine was harmless, so he didn't hesitate. He drank the red liquid inside the jue.

A fragrant and pure sweet spring flowed from his tongue into his mouth. It was silky smooth with a trace of scorching heat. It rushed into his abdomen and spread out. It was as if all the pores in his body had opened up as if he had soaked in a hot spring. He felt as if he was floating in the air.

"Good wine." Han Sen didn't know much about wine, but he thought it was delicious.

He stuck out his tongue and licked his lips. His mouth was filled with a sweet and refreshing aftertaste that lingered for a long time.

As Han Sen was savoring the taste, he heard a voice in his head.

"Drink the wine. The ritual begins."

"What is that?" Han Sen was shocked. Suddenly, he saw a red light coming from his body.

Han Sen looked down and saw many mysterious red patterns on his body. They were similar to the ones on the jue, and they were glowing red. The entire cave was dyed red.

Han Sen didn't know how to react. Bao'er was fine, but when he drank the wine, something happened. It didn't make sense.

Han Sen looked at Bao 'er, who was still in his hands. She was still fine, and she looked at Han Sen, who was now glowing with a red light.

Boom!

The red patterns on Han Sen's body burned like fire, and they wrapped around him.
