"We have to try, no matter what. We can't just stand here and wait to die," Wang Yuhang said, and then he stepped into the godlight.
But when his head and feet touched the godlight, it was like hitting a steel plate. Fortunately, he was wearing Han Sen's Marquise armor. Otherwise, his head would have been swollen.
"Sh * t! Is this light or steel?" Wang Yuhang's eyes opened wide as he stared at the golden light.
"Why else do you think the Nobles would have come out?" Guna looked at him with disdain.
Han Sen touched the light, but it was like an invisible barrier. It was as smooth as jade, and he couldn't enter it.
Han Sen pulled out his Ghost Teeth Knife and slashed at the light. The light went everywhere, but the knife couldn't penetrate it.
"It's so hard!"
Han Sen was shocked. The golden light was so scary that they couldn't even get close to it. But the Kings were able to use their powers to fight. It was unbelievable.
But even as strong as they were, they couldn't get close to the statue.
Wang Yuhang and Han Sen's actions did not allow them to enter the godlight, but the six Kings who were attacking the statue noticed their presence.
Han Sen scanned the area with his mind, and he was shocked. He didn't expect so many people to still be alive, and they didn't look strong.
Aside from Icebird Duke, they were all very weak.
But when they saw Guna and Guya, they were shocked. And then, they looked happy.
The giant King picked up his hammer and stepped forward. He appeared in front of Han Sen and grabbed Guna and Guya. Then, he returned to the statue.
Because the difference between them was too big, Han Sen and the others could only watch. Their bodies couldn't keep up with what was happening, and before they could move, the giant grabbed Guna and Guya and returned to the statue.
"What is he going to do?" Wang Yuhang asked.
Icebird Duke coldly said, "They can't break the godlight. I'm afraid they want to use Guna and Guya's lifeblood as a guide. They want to resonate with Purgatory Heaven and create a chance to enter the crack."
Han Sen did not have the time to say anything, though. After Guna and Guya were taken away, without the protection of their light, the arms on the ground started to grow.
Han Sen and the others could not enter the godlight, so they kept swinging their Knife Blank to cut off the arms.
"Buddha King Yi, you're the best at this kind of thing. I'll leave it to you. Whether or not we can kill our way out today depends on you."
The giant's voice boomed, and he handed Guna and Guya over to the monk-like King.
"Amitabha!
If I don't go to hell, who will? "
The King chanted the Buddhist mantra and reached out his hand. It turned into a Buddhist light that locked Guna and Guya in place.
"There are monks in the geno universe?" Han Sen was shocked. Monks were humans, too.
"What monk? He is one of the Buddha. He is one of the higher races," Icebird Duke said.
"Buddha?" Han Sen, Wang Yuhang, and the others from the Alliance looked at him strangely.
Buddha King's head was as bright as a light bulb, though. There was no hair at all. It was like he had been born bald, not shaved.
And the scars on his head did not look like they had been created by burning incense. They looked more like nine moles.
Guna and Guya looked pale. They wanted to struggle, but under the Buddha King's Buddha light, they could not even move their eyelids.
Buddha King pointed his finger, and a Buddha light landed on Guna's forehead. Blood came out of her forehead.
The blood did not drip down, though. It turned into a thin blood line that followed the Buddha light to the Gana statue.
The blood stained the gold light. Gold Jade King and the other Kings gathered up their power and hit the blood line.
Under the continuous bombardment of the terrifying power, many cracks appeared where the blood line had been infected. Blood spread through the cracks like a blood-colored flower blooming in the divine light.
The Kings were overjoyed, and the Giant shouted, "Buddha King, extract the Origin of the other Gana. That way, we can get out of here as quickly as we can."
"Amitabha!"
Buddha King said the Buddha name again, but he did not look merciful. He touched Guya's forehead, and a drop of blood came out of her forehead.
Two streams of blood stained the godly light. The six kings followed the blood and smashed down. Suddenly, many cracks appeared on the godly light like glass.
When Guna and Guya's blood seeped into the godly light, the godly light became much weaker. Under the attacks of the six Kings, the godly light was quickly shattered.
Guna and Guya's blood had seeped into the Godlight, so the Godlight did not fill the gap again.
Golden-Jade King and the others were overjoyed. They crazily smashed through the light, wanting to create a path that would lead to the crack of Purgatory Heavenly Kingdom.
"Those b * stards!" Wang Yuhang was enraged. He threw a punch at the godlight, but his power was too weak. He could not break the outermost layer of godlight, and his fist was numb from the impact.
Han Sen did not like Gold Jade King, but it was the law of the jungle. Even if he wanted to save Guna and Guya, there was nothing he could do.
Saving Guna and Guya was even more out of the question. They didn't even know if they were still alive, and they were in a dire situation.
Their power was not enough to enter the godlight. Even if Gold Jade King broke the path, Han Sen and the others would not be able to enter.
Han Sen could take Wang Yuhang back to the sanctuaries to hide, but Dragon Lady and Han Meng 'er had nowhere to hide. If they kept waiting, they would die.
Guna and Guya were frozen in place by Buddha King, unable to move. Their blood was being extracted from their foreheads. Although the blood was thin, their bodies could not withstand it. Guya had already lost a lot of blood.
Their faces were filled with anger, despair, sorrow, and many other emotions. Although they were so close to each other, they couldn't even look at each other.
Even if they wanted to hug each other to death, they couldn't do it. They could only stand there side by side as their blood essence was continuously sucked away. Their vitality grew weaker and weaker.
Gold Jade King and the others used Guna and Guya's blood to create a path through the godlight. They were only one meter away from the Gold Gana Goddess statue.
Roar!
A giant Purgatory Beast that looked like a dragon emerged from the darkness. It roared and ran towards them like a madman.
The Purgatory Beast evolved even further. Han Sen and the others' faces changed.
