Chapter 2037

Perhaps it was because Han Sen had taken the Ancient God Origin, but the silver glass bug hated Han Sen. No matter how hard Han Sen tried to climb back up, he was beaten back into the water.

The shadow was getting bigger, and Han Sen realized it wasn't just a matter of feeling. There was a shadow coming up from below.

Han Sen still wanted to live, so he tried his best to get out of the water. But his strength was too weak, and he couldn't get up.

Boom!

The pool exploded, and a giant monster's head emerged from the water. It opened its mouth, and Han Sen was as small as an ant in front of the monster's mouth. He was swallowed whole, along with the pool of water.

Han Sen felt as if he was being sucked in by a strong force. He fell with the current, into a strange space that was as big as a house.

"Is this the monster's stomach?"

Han Sen's body fell into the strange liquid, and his Soul Armor started to corrode. He was shocked.

The Marquise Soul Armor had incredible defense, but in that liquid, it was bubbling. It wouldn't last very long, and he didn't think the armor would last more than ten minutes.

There was a black wall around him, and Han Sen swam over to try slashing it with his knife. It felt like he was hitting rubber, and he was bounced back without leaving a mark.

Han Sen didn't know if it was because he was too weak, or if the monster's level was too high and its body was too strong.

He couldn't break the wall, and the entrance had disappeared. Han Sen was soaking in the corrosive liquid, and his situation was getting worse.

The Soul Armor made sizzling noises, and it was starting to corrode. It was going to break soon.

Han Sen knew it was impossible for him to escape, so he decided to soak in the liquid and try to recover as much energy as he could.

As time went by, the Soul Armor couldn't take it anymore, and it was going to rot.

Han Sen took a deep breath and summoned the Soul Armor back. He used his remaining strength to cast Petrify and turn his body into stone.

Now, he had no other choice but to take a gamble. Whether he lived or died was up to fate.

Petrify could turn Han Sen's body into stone, but it wasn't very strong. It was different from the defensive petrify geno arts.

The liquid was able to corrode Marquise Soul Armor, so Han Sen didn't have high hopes for Petrify to work. He was just trying to survive.

His petrified body was submerged in the liquid. To Han Sen's surprise, his petrified body was not corroded by the liquid. Instead, it sank to the bottom of the liquid.

The only thing Han Sen could do now was cast The Story of Genes. Under the influence of Petrify, that was the only geno art that worked.

Time ticked by, and Han Sen could feel the liquid shaking. He had no idea what the monster was doing, and he had no idea where it was. Everything seemed to be meaningless to Han Sen.

On a small island in the Sinkhole Sea, a group of dragons with horns on their heads that resembled humans were conducting a strange sacrificial ritual.

They killed the xenogeneics they had captured and tossed them into a pool on the island. They spoke to the pool, but Han Sen did not know what they were saying.

"Father, this is all we can provide this time. Will the Dragon God be satisfied?" The little boy with a pair of red dragon horns on his head looked at his father and asked.

"Maybe." The little boy's father forced a smile.

Return Ruin Sea was one of the xenogeneic spaces for Dragons, but it wasn't the most important one. The dragons there were branches of the Dragons. They had the blood of Dragons, but their blood was not pure.

The whole of Return Ruin Sea was a training ground for Dragons. Countless Dragons with impure blood were exiled there. Only those who were able to fight their way out there and become important enough to the Dragons themselves would be taken away by the Dragons. They would become a part of the noble Dragons.

The Dragons on that island were one of the branches of the Dragons. Their bodies had the genes of Dragons, but they were not completely Dragons.

All pure-blooded dragons had dragon horns and dragon wings, but the dragon branch on the island only had dragon horns and no dragon wings. It could be considered an inferior dragon bloodline.

What they worshipped was a xenogeneic creature they called the Dragon God. The reason they provided the Dragon God with blood was because every time the Dragon God came here to eat and drink, it would shed some dragon scales. Those scales were very important to the Dragon Bloodline.

But the Dragon God had a huge appetite, and the Dragons weren't very strong. They couldn't hunt many xenogeneics, either. The amount of food they were given was very little, and that made them worry if the Dragon God would be satisfied with the food.

If the Dragon God was not full, not only would he not shed his scales, he might even eat them as blood food.

The Dragons were very nervous. They watched as the blood dyed the pool red. The water started to bubble. They were very nervous, and they all stared at the pool.

Boom!

The pool that had been dyed red seemed to have exploded. A giant beast rushed out of the water and swallowed the flesh in one gulp.

The Dragons quickly threw the xenogeneic food into the pool. They watched as the giant xenogeneic, which was called the Dragon God, ate the meat like a bottomless pit. The food disappeared as soon as it entered its mouth. It was as if it would never be full.

Soon, all of the xenogeneic meat was thrown into the pool. The Dragons looked at the Dragon God in the pool. They did not know if it was satisfied, and if it would shed its scales.

While everyone was feeling uneasy, the Dragon God finished eating all the blood food and let out a dragon roar to the sky, shaking the entire island. Huge waves rose up in the surrounding dozens of miles of sea water.

After the roar, the Dragon God dove into the pool. It waved its tail and disappeared.

Everyone was shocked, and it took a while for them to recover. They looked very sad. They had not provided enough food. Although the Dragon God did not eat them, it did not shed its scales.

While the Dragons were upset, they suddenly heard the sound of water splashing in the pool. It was as if something was coming out of the water.

They hurriedly looked at the pool and immediately widened their eyes. They saw a sleek man holding a white feather blade climb out of the pool.

Everyone was frozen. They did not know what was going on. A living creature had crawled out of the Dragon God's pool. It seemed like a fantasy to them.
