Han Sen and Miss Mirror cautiously followed Night Wind's gaze. They saw a big sword sticking out of the rubble that had just been dug up.
The big sword was one foot wide, and the hilt was two feet long. They couldn't tell how long the sword was, because it was stuck in the ground. The part that was sticking out of the ground was seventy or eighty centimeters long.
The sword looked like it had been forged from iron. It was a pale gray, and it gave off a heavy, murderous feeling.
The hilt was shaped like a bamboo joint, but it didn't have a gauntlet. It was attached to the sword, and the two sides of the sword had a strange pattern in the center. It looked like a snake or a vine, but it was impossible to tell what it was.
It was this sword that was stuck in the ground that made Ye Feng feel as if he was facing a great enemy. He didn't dare to continue digging and just stared at the sword.
Han Sen felt as if the big sword had some sort of power. It was like a thousand angry spirits were struggling, twisting, and roaring on the blade.
But when Han Sen looked closer, he couldn't see anything. It was just an ordinary iron big sword.
Night Wind generated the Night Sword again. He slowly walked toward the big sword. His careful movements made it seem as if he wasn't facing a big sword. He was facing a scary deified elite.
Miss Mirror and Han Sen still stood where they were. They were only King class. If Night Wind couldn't handle this, they'd just be a burden to him.
Every step Night Wind took was frightening. Everything there was too weird, and there was a big sword stuck in the ground. It was hard to say whether or not it was like the statue with a thousand hands and a thousand eyes. It possessed some sort of mysterious and scary power.
But to their surprise, when Night Wind approached the greatsword, the greatsword didn't react at all.
Night Wind didn't touch the big sword. He used his dark substance chains to dig through the rubble behind the big sword. He dug out a path, but the big sword just sat there quietly. It didn't seem to be moving at all.
Miss Mirror frowned as she looked at the big sword. She seemed to be thinking about something.
"It looks like there is nothing wrong with this big sword. It must be a weapon that was lost here." Night Wind looked at the big sword with a strange light in his eyes.
If this was a weapon from the era of God Spirits, it might have been even stronger than a deified weapon.
"Madam, do you want to try pulling it out?"
Night Wind looked at Miss Mirror. Although Miss Mirror had fallen to King class, Night Wind still treated her with the utmost respect. He didn't say anything disrespectful to her because of her level.
"The power that drew us here isn't on this thing. We shouldn't touch it. Keep digging," Miss Mirror said quietly.
Han Sen was the kind of person who would grab any treasure that came his way, but in a place like this, he didn't dare do anything rash. He agreed with Miss Mirror that it was best not to do anything rash. This place was too creepy, and there was no telling what would happen next.
Night Wind did not want to give up. He thought for a moment and said, "If it really is a weapon from the Divinity's War, it might help us explore the city."
Ye Feng was right. The fact that the sword was here meant that it was the weapon used in the battle.
Since it could be used as a weapon, it should have great destructive power against the things of that time. If he could control this sword, he might be able to solve many problems.
For example, he might be able to use the sword to cut down the statue with a thousand hands and a thousand eyes. If he could do that, he might be able to get rid of the red eyes power.
If he could solve this problem, there would be no need for them to continue exploring. They could wait until reinforcements arrived.
Miss Mirror was hesitant. There were pros and cons to pulling the sword out. It was a gamble, and if they won, there would be many benefits.
But if they lost the bet, it would make their situation worse.
"Let's keep going." Miss Mirror didn't let Night Wind touch the big sword.
If they gambled, they could lose. If they didn't gamble, they wouldn't win, but they wouldn't lose.
Han Sen wouldn't gamble in a place like this, either. The risk was too great.
The most important thing was that Ning Yue and the little green sword. Ning Yue had only taken a small sword, but he had been turned into something that was neither a man nor a woman.
If Han Sen took the big sword, who knew what would happen? Perhaps he would become a eunuch. That would be even worse.
Although Ning Yue had changed into a seductive person, at least he still had a penis.
Night Wind didn't insist. It seemed as if Miss Mirror's authority was still there. Even if he had a different opinion, he wouldn't dare disobey Miss Mirror's orders.
The three of them kept moving forward. The rocks kept moving, and they saw many sword marks on the plaza's floor.
The black stone floor was hard, and the sword marks were dozens of feet deep. The stone was so hard, but it had been cut open like tofu. The sword marks were everywhere. It was hard to imagine how scary the person who had wielded the sword must have been.
"These sword marks couldn't have been left behind by the big sword, could they?
What kind of person could wield it? "Han Sen looked at the sword marks in shock.
The Hell had dug up a woman, and she had only been a deified elite. She must have been as strong as Night Wind.
But when Night Wind's power hit the plaza's stone floor, he only managed to leave scratches that looked like cat scratches. Compared to the sword marks that were dozens of feet deep, the difference was like night and day. They weren't even on the same level.
Miss Mirror and Night Wind were thinking the same thing, but since they had decided not to touch the sword, there was no turning back.
Night Wind led the way, and the three of them continued forward. Suddenly, they heard a ding sound. Night Wind's dark substance chain hit something, and it broke. It turned into darkness and disappeared.
"What did you dig up this time?"
Han Sen looked over. Where the dark substance chain had broken, there was a stone wall. The substance chain hit it, but it hadn't damaged the stone wall in the slightest.
Looking at the stone wall that was exposed, Han Sen saw many carvings. Because it was only a part of the wall, he couldn't tell what the carvings were.
Night Wind moved quickly. He cleared away the rocks around him, and not long after, the entire stone wall was revealed to Han Sen.
The stone wall looked like a carved screen, but it was much bigger than an ordinary screen. It was one hundred meters long and ten meters tall.
When Han Sen and the others saw the carvings on the screen, their faces changed.
They had been in the middle of the screen, so they hadn't thought much of it. But now that they were looking at it from the left side of the screen, they realized that the carvings on the screen were very strange.
